Third-party names and trade marks mentioned on the website, such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, Windows, Intel, AMD and BeOS, belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

Several projects described on this website are in active development. Features, specifications, timelines, platforms and availability may change, and descriptions of planned features are statements of intent, not promises.

Any prices shown are indicative, in the currency stated, and do not form an offer. If and when a product is offered for sale, its price, licence and terms of sale will be presented at the point of purchase, and those terms will apply to that purchase.

5. Software and downloads

Where software is made available from this website, it is provided under the licence that accompanies it. Pre-release and experimental software, including operating-system builds, is provided for testing and may be unstable. Operating-system and driver development in particular can damage data on the machines it is run on. Only use it on hardware and drives you are prepared to lose data from, and keep backups.

6. Consumer guarantees and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is", and GGA Designs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, including indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
